Bring world-class events to life across LifeHealthcare. While Professional Education events sit at the heart of this role, your scope reaches wider — partnering with the Marketing team on asset coordination and providing dedicated logistic support to select senior executives. You will own event delivery end to end: coordinating travel for surgeons and executives, managing registrations and vendors, and overseeing venues and on-site execution, mainly focussing on the Lifehealthcare business. Key responsibilities

  • Event delivery — Execute end-to-end coordination for Professional Education events of all sizes, from intimate sessions to large-scale programs.
  • Travel & logistic — Coordinate travel and itineraries for surgeons and select executives, adjusting in real time.
  • Executive support — Support the LifeHealthcare CEO with external conference registrations and travel coordination.
  • Administration — Manage registrations, attendee communications, and accurate records.
  • Vendors & venues — Coordinate suppliers, venues, and AV, and oversee on-site delivery.
  • Marketing partnership — Support the Marketing team with asset coordination and template support.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event coordination, administration or project support (preferably in healthcare, education or corporate environments)
  • Experience managing logistics for events, meetings or training programs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and event management tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events concurrently
  • Proficient in digital tools to support event planning and execution, including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Canva, Form capture tools (e.g. JotForm or similar), Salesforce or CRM platforms

Occasional domestic travel & attendance at events outside standard business hours may be required.
