We’re now looking for a Senior Injury Management Advisor to lead best-practice injury management across our national operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving early intervention, recovery-at-work outcomes, and ensuring compliance with workers compensation frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence leaders, support employees through recovery, and embed a proactive, care-led approach to injury management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end injury management and recovery-at-work programs
- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on claims and rehabilitation strategies
- Coordinate case conferences with medical providers, insurers, and stakeholders
- Develop recovery plans and suitable duties aligned to employee needs
- Ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation and internal frameworks
- Coach managers to build capability in injury prevention and recovery outcomes Build strong relationships with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders
About You
You’re a confident and compassionate advisor who can influence at all levels and manage complex cases with sensitivity.
You will bring:
- Allied health or similar qualification
- Accredited injury management experience
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven experience managing complex and psychological injury cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills High resilience and ability to manage sensitive situations
