About Our Client
Our client is a large, complex organisation with a significant workforce and a fast-paced payroll function. They are currently undergoing a high-pressure period requiring immediate payroll support.
Job Description
- Support fortnightly payroll processing for ~1,200 employees
- Manage payroll corrections
- Assist with payroll remediation and data accuracy
- Operate within a Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system
- Work within a rostered workforce environment
- Collaborate with payroll team members to meet tight deadlines
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee queries
- Maintain accuracy in high-volume transactions
- Support continuous payroll operations during peak workload periods
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in payroll within a high-volume environment
- Dayforce (Ceridian) system experience (highly desirable)
- Exposure to rostered workforce payrolls
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced contract role
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Experience handling payroll corrections/remediation preferred
- Reliable and available for immediate start
- Police check (or willingness to obtain)
