About Our Client

Our client is a large, complex organisation with a significant workforce and a fast-paced payroll function. They are currently undergoing a high-pressure period requiring immediate payroll support.

Job Description

  • Support fortnightly payroll processing for ~1,200 employees
  • Manage payroll corrections
  • Assist with payroll remediation and data accuracy
  • Operate within a Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system
  • Work within a rostered workforce environment
  • Collaborate with payroll team members to meet tight deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee queries
  • Maintain accuracy in high-volume transactions
  • Support continuous payroll operations during peak workload periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in payroll within a high-volume environment
  • Dayforce (Ceridian) system experience (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to rostered workforce payrolls
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced contract role
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
  • Experience handling payroll corrections/remediation preferred
  • Reliable and available for immediate start
  • Police check (or willingness to obtain)
