Asset Officer

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Officer to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in supporting the effective management, tracking, and maintenance of critical hospital assets. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Manage and support the lifecycle of equipment assets, including tracking, maintenance, and reporting activities across the site
  • Coordinate asset-related requests and collaborate closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate asset data using systems such as QFM, MobileView, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Conduct regular checks, identify faults, and proactively support continuous improvement initiatives across asset management processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes
