PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office Business Partner (EPMO) is pivotal in ensuring adherence to Power and Water Corporation’s Investment

& Delivery Framework Management Standard. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, coaching, and knowledge sharing to embed governance

compliance, improve investment planning, and drive timely delivery of enterprise portfolio outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

  • Lead compliance with EPMO governance frameworks, including stakeholder usage and regular updating of information in identified business

technology system(s).

  • Champion the use and improvement of the project management methodology throughout all lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with the entire EPMO team to identify and report continuous improvements opportunities to the portfolio investment governance

framework and project management methodology.

  • Lead scheduled and ad hoc quality assurance checks across the full lifecycle of programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships providing support and appropriate challenge to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with Power and Water's safety and environmental policy, safety principles, corporate values

and behaviours.

  • Act under own initiative and be able to respond pro-actively in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage upwards at Senior Management level and obtain support in an environment of conflicting priorities and perspectives.
