We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help lead our NEW MECCA Bowral store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role
Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
