Credit Officer

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer. This full-time role is based at our Rowville Support Office and offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-performing team.

About the Role

Seeking a customer-focused, driven Credit Officer to join our large, high-performing Finance team, to manage a dedicated portfolio of store network accounts.

You will deliver outstanding customer service while managing credit control and account administration across our store network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer and store enquiries
• Resolve complaints, disputes, and banking/receipting queries
• Process journals and maintain accurate account records
• Conduct debt collection activities and negotiate payment plans
• Investigate overdue accounts and manage stop credit processes
• Set and review customer credit limits and ensure security compliance
• Perform reconciliations, receipting, and key account management
• Complete reporting and general administrative tasks as required

About You

• Customer service experience
• Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
• Be available for a full time
• Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, with rotation of 10am-6pm
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
• Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
