bout The Role

W

e are seeking a passionate and motivated Customised Employment Coordinator to join our Growth, Marketing & Customer Experience team.

T

his role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Greenacres' Customised Employment Strategy by helping participants identify their strengths, build skills and progress towards meaningful employment outcomes.

W

orking closely with participants, families, employers, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) providers, training organisations and community partners, you will coordinate employment pathways, work experience opportunities, skill development activities and workplace supports.

ou will play an important role in helping participants explore and achieve a range of employment outcomes, including supported employment, open employment, volunteering, social enterprise and micro-enterprise opportunities.

n This Role, You Will:

  • upport participants to identify their strengths, interests and employment goals.

    C
  • onduct discovery conversations, employment planning and skills assessments.

    D
  • evelop and review Individual Employment Plans and pathway goals.

    C
  • oordinate work experience, volunteering and vocational learning opportunities.

    D
  • eliver work readiness and skill development activities.

    P
  • rovide coaching, mentoring and workplace support to participants.

    B
  • uild strong relationships with employers, training organisations and community partners.

    P
  • romote inclusive employment opportunities and support workplace inclusion initiatives.

    C
  • ollaborate with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) providers and other stakeholders to create sustainable employment outcomes.

    M
  • aintain participant records, progress notes and outcome reporting.

    C
  • ontribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Greenacres' Customised Employment Strategy.

ou are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals and have a strong belief in person-centred, strengths-based practice.

E

  • xperience in disability employment, vocational supports, community services, training or employment pathways.

    E
  • xperience supporting people with disability to build skills, confidence and independence.

    S
  • trong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

    E
  • xcellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

    T
  • he ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

    K
  • nowledge of person-centred practice, disability employment and the NDIS.

    I
  • ntermediate computer skills and experience maintaining accurate records and reports.

    C
  • urrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Driver Licence.
