We’re seeking a driven and detail oriented Marketing & Proposals Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in winning work and elevating our brand.

About the Role

This is a fast paced, hands on opportunity where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of business development activity — coordinating tenders, crafting high quality proposals, and bringing marketing initiatives to life.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help position Redpath for success in competitive bids and projects around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and deliver end to end tender and bid submissions
• Review tender documentation and manage timelines to ensure winning outcomes
• Write, edit, and refine compelling proposal content and technical responses
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and drive bid quality
• Develop professional presentations and submission materials
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, branding, and corporate publications
• Assist with merchandise coordination and brand consistency

About You

You’re highly organised, detail focused, and thrive under pressure. You bring a combination of technical writing ability, creativity, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Proven experience coordinating tenders and bid processes
• Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced skills in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
