Redel's Demo Account is seeking a dedicated QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA processes and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA management role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
