Your new role

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive the end-to-end change strategy for a major Integration Program that will deliver a significant uplift in organisational capability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and enable lasting behavioural change across the business.

As the Change Manager, you will

Lead and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for a large-scale integration program
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities
Provide strategic advice and thought leadership to guide program decisions and outcomes
Design and execute change, communication, and engagement plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
Drive adoption and behaviour change, ensuring sustainable ways of working
Oversee training and capability uplift programs aligned to business needs
Partner closely with program, project, and technology teams across all delivery phases
Develop high-quality change artefacts, tools, and frameworks to support business readiness

Key Selection Criteria

Proven experience delivering enterprise or large-scale change initiatives
Strong expertise in change frameworks, methodologies, and tools within complex environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels
Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to strategic outcomes
A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Commerce, Psychology, IT, or a related field
Certification in PROSCI, APMG, or equivalent change methodology
