Your Next Role
Hyne is offering an exciting opportunity to grow, develop and learn as a Treatment Process Operator at our Tuan Mill.
In this role, you will be supported with training across various parts of the business and learn our processes and procedures to produce high-quality timber products.
This role operates on a 22/7 roster, including both day and night shifts.
Within a 4-week cycle, team members will complete 7-day shifts and 7-night shifts, providing a balanced roster.
Ensuring all our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production
Meeting internal customer needs every time
Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits
Troubleshoot any problems with the faciality's equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation
Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices
Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.
Location
You will be based at our Tuan plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including K’gari.
About you
Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations
Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously is essential
A desire to learn and a high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.
Self-motivated and keen to provide new solutions and ideas that improve our operations.
A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
Forklift Ticket and experience preferred.
