About the Role

Support the delivery of meaningful volunteer programs across Grampians Health by providing high‑quality administrative coordination. Working closely with the Volunteer Manager, you’ll help manage recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement activities to ensure volunteers feel supported, connected and ready to contribute. This role offers variety, collaboration and the opportunity to enhance the experience of volunteers and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding and records
  • Support interviews, inductions and training sessions
  • Maintain compliance, training records and reporting data
  • Assist with audits and accreditation requirements
  • Communicate with volunteers and support engagement activities
  • Provide admin support for meetings, events and program delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database management skills
  • High attention to detail and record‑keeping accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
