What You Will Be Working On
As our Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Working closely with Managers, Supervisors, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple departments.
- Set up and maintain Service and Construction jobs within Simpro and other business systems
- Process variations, ETOs, job progress reports and customer purchase orders accurately and on time
- Track material and supplier orders and maintain accurate job records
- Reconcile outstanding service jobs to support billing and completion targets
- Respond professionally to customer, supplier and internal enquiries via phone and email
- Communicate job updates and assist in resolving issues to ensure positive customer outcomes
- Provide administrative support to Service, Construction and Roofing teams
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organisation
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team culture and efficient operations
- Promote and follow safe work practices at all times

- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team focus
- Professional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
