What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You describe yourself as a committed and capable nurse who brings strong clinical grounding and a calm, patient‑centred approach to care. With current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you practise with professionalism and accountability, drawing on well‑developed nursing skills suited to both outpatient environments and acute hospital settings. You approach clinical concerns with clear problem‑solving ability, always focused on maximising patient outcomes and ensuring safe, effective care.
Your communication style is one of your strengths. You use information technology confidently, document with clarity, and engage with patients, families and colleagues through thoughtful verbal and interpersonal communication. You work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating care that is structured, outcome‑driven and responsive to changing needs.
You’re adaptable and reliable, ready to contribute to a seven‑day rotating roster that includes nights and public holidays. You bring consistency, professionalism and a steady presence to every shift, ensuring patients receive high‑quality care whenever they need it.
