About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, passionate and professional Chef to join the kitchen team at Fiorita Wine Bar.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality food, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a strong, supportive team. You will play an important role in maintaining food standards, supporting service and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking dishes to venue standards
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all menu items & kitchen
Supporting smooth kitchen operations during service
Working autonomously when required while remaining part of a wider team
Contributing ideas and creativity to weekly specials
Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a quality restaurant environment
A genuine passion for great produce, quality food and high standards
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your section
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Pride in food quality, presentation and consistency
Creativity and interest in contributing to weekly specials
A willingness to learn, grow and support the wider team

This is a Karratha residential role, and the successful applicant must be willing to relocate and live regionally in Karratha.
