Flow Physique is a growing recovery and wellness studio based inside the Chermside Health Hub, combining remedial massage with advanced recovery and wellness technology in a modern, performance-focused environment.

We are currently seeking a warm, motivated and wellness-focused Remedial Massage & Wellness Therapist to grow alongside our business and contribute to building a modern wellness ecosystem.

This opportunity may suit a practitioner who values recovery, performance and movement-based outcomes and enjoys working within a flexible, growth-oriented environment rather than a traditional clinic model.

We are actively building our massage client base, so while an existing clientele is welcomed, it is not essential. Early-stage hours and engagement may initially be dependent on bookings as we continue scaling demand within the massage division, and we want to be transparent about that from the beginning.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative and aligned with helping clients improve recovery, movement, wellness and overall performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage
• Registration with an approved professional association
• Eligibility for private health fund claiming / HICAPS compatibility
• Strong communication and client care skills

Flow Physique combines remedial massage with a broader wellness and recovery ecosystem including infrared therapy, recovery technology and performance-focused wellness services.
