The Opportunity As the Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing enquiries, supporting occupancy initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to ongoing engagement.

This role offers a blend of reception, customer service, administration, sales support and community engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception duties
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Conduct tours for prospective customers
  • Support occupancy and retention initiatives
  • Assist with applications and customer administration
  • Coordinate customer communications and engagement activities
  • Support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with events and community activities
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, property or sales support
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, energetic and professional attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Experience with social media platforms would be highly regarded
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences

Essential Requirement

  • Queensland RTA Accreditation; or a current Property Licence
