About The Opportunity

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partner & Grow: Build trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to identify authentic growth opportunities.
  • Welcome New Clients: Proactively connect with prospects, converting initial outreach into long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Tailored Engagement: Maintain structured contact plans to ensure assigned clients feel consistently supported and valued.
  • Uncover Value: Stay close to your customer base to identify new projects, products, or services that solve their evolving challenges.
  • Champion Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, or complaints promptly and empathetically, whether onsite or offsite.
  • Internal Collaboration: Rally internal teams and foster strong relationships across the business to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Promote Solutions: Proactively introduce clients to our full range of products and services to maximise territory opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitive activity to proactively advise your clients.
  • Account Accuracy: Maintain clean, up-to-date customer records to support flawless communication and account management.

About You

  • Industry Insight: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the Concrete, Construction, or Building Materials sectors.
  • Natural Connector: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Solution-Oriented: A track record of creating practical solutions that add real value to a customer's business.
  • Commercial Balance: Strong business acumen with a dedicated, customer-first approach to service.
  • Responsive & Adaptable: Driven to achieve goals, with the resilience to navigate shifting priorities and rapid change.
  • Problem Solver: Experienced in fair dispute resolution and claims management, turning challenges into positive customer outcomes.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and core account management systems.
