The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and reliable Procurement Officer to join the team at Crystalbrook Bailey.
Reporting to the Area Procurement Manager, this hands-on role supports purchasing, receiving, stock control and the day-to-day flow of goods throughout the hotel. From receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory accuracy through to supporting operational teams across the business, you will play an important role in keeping the hotel organised, well supplied and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Finance and Stewarding teams, you will help ensure goods are received, stored and distributed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

You are dependable, organised and take pride in getting the details right. Comfortable balancing physical tasks with administrative responsibilities, you enjoy structured environments and understand the importance of accuracy, organisation and follow-through.
Whether your background is in procurement, stores, warehousing, logistics or hospitality operations, you bring a practical mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
You Will Bring
- Experience in procurement, stores, stock control, warehousing, logistics or a similar operational role, highly regarded but not essential
- Confidence working independently and supporting multiple teams across the hotel
- Comfort in a hands-on, physically active role
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems to maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail when receiving goods and checking documentation
- An understanding of safe manual handling and storage practices
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- The ability to prioritise tasks and remain organised when managing competing demands
