Here’s a Snapshot Of Your Day

• Supervising the Maintenance team
• Supervising day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders.
• Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations

Skills And Experience

• Previous experience of team supervision
• Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work
• Knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
• Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
