About The Role
We are seeking a People Administrator to work closely with our Business Partners within the People Services function (Payroll and People systems), delivering timely and accurate People services across the company.
This is an entry-level, Full Time position based in Melbourne reporting to the Manager of People Services. You will play a key part in maintaining employee records, preparing employment documentation, and assisting employees with People enquiries.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to queries in the People inbox and helpdesk in a timely manner.
- Generate and issue employment contracts and letters of variation, and process parental leave applications
- Maintain digital employee records and update People databases accurately
- Liaise with People Business Partners and Payroll to process changes and resolve queries
- Provide basic People advice on entitlements, benefits and policies
- Support annual People processes and contribute to ad hoc projects
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities

You have solid administration experience, ideally gained in a professional office environment, with entry-level HR exposure and, preferably, some HR administration experience. You are comfortable with technology, showing strong computer literacy and confidence working with digital records and HR systems. You deliver excellent customer service, with clear written and verbal communication, and you bring resilience and flexibility to busy periods. You are well organised with strong attention to detail, collaborate effectively across teams, and can make practical recommendations on routine HR issues while escalating more complex matters appropriately
