Working across Hillsview Community and The Grange Community, you'll partner closely with an experienced Village Manager while building your operational, financial and leadership capability across two established retirement communities.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Village Manager, Village Coordinator or emerging leader looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of two retirement communities
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and contractors
• Assisting with budgets, administration and village performance
• Supporting compliance, safety and community initiatives
• Stepping in to support leadership and operational priorities when required

About You

You'll enjoy working with people, taking ownership and finding solutions.

You'll Bring

• Experience in retirement living, property, hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing competing priorities and administrative tasks
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to step up when needed
