Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with builders, site managers and internal roofing teams
- Supervising and supporting roofing crews on-site
- Inspecting workmanship and carrying out internal QA checks
- Measuring on-site and developing custom flashing designs and set-outs to suit project requirements
- Reading plans and preparing material take-offs and purchase orders
- Coordinating deliveries, crane lifts and site logistics
- Managing subcontractors and scope allocation
- Managing warranty and maintenance items
- General project administration and documentation
About You
- Proven experience in metal roofing (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, flashings and rainwater goods
- Ability to read and interpret plans accurately
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Strong communication skills with both crews and builders
- Current driver's licence
- General Induction (White Card) & Working at Heights Qualification
- EWP (under & over 11m)
