The opportunity
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role with a strong emphasis on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality, suited to complex programs where requirements, processes, and governance structures are still evolving.

Project Responsibilities (across Multiple Initiatives)
- Run workshops, gather high-level requirements and gap analysis
- Produce a business requirement document and support order of magnitude
- Documenting customer journeys and support draft of UX design
- Documenting user stories and process flows
- Review high level solution architecture definition, detailed design and build etc
- Respond to questions or clarifications from dev and test teams
- Review SIT test cases
- Develop UAT test plans (including identifying where this can happen in parallel with SIT)
- Lead UAT testing and defect triage and reporting
- Draft training materials for releases
- Develop BVT test plans
- Lead BVT testing and defect triage and reporting
- Manage the gap between vendor SI and the developers and if required expand on some of the requirements.
- Coordinating working sessions between the vendor SI & delivery teams to try to bridge the understanding gap in requirements and build approach.
- Host status update sessions and follow ups as required and reporting
- Supporting the definition of a pre-prod test and prod deployment and test strategy as there was none in place (they were deploying straight to production without testing).
