- Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid 60% in office equivalent to 3 working days in the office)
- Rate: $750-$850$ per day inclusive of super
Seeking an experienced
Test Analyst to lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple digital projects. This role spans test planning, governance, execution, and UAT leadership within a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Strategy & Governance: Develop Test Strategies/Approaches, define test cycles (System, E2E, UAT, Regression), and establish defect management processes.
- Test Design & Data: Create test conditions/cases from solution designs, manage synthetic/masked test data, and build Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
- Execution & Defect Management: Execute system and integration tests (forms, payments, automation, dropdowns); log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with Dev teams.
- UAT Leadership: Plan, facilitate, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Release Readiness: Maintain regression suites, support automation, validate compliance, and execute post-deployment verification.
- Reporting: Produce status updates, defect reports, and final Test Completion Reports.
Mandatory
Skills & Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience with qTest (or similar test management software).
- Strong proficiency in the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr).
Highly Regarded (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions).
- Exposure to Salesforce-compatible test automation tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium).
Will be assigned to one or more projects as required. Day-to-day direction for project activities and deliverables will be provided by the relevant Project Manager(s), and project assignments may be changed at any time based on operational requirements.
