About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Marketing Team with an iconic Real Estate brand. Led by the National Marketing Manager – Real Estate, our team oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national marketing initiatives, including brand strategy, integrated campaigns, internal and external communications, digital marketing and public relations. We support a network of close to 300 real estate offices across Australia. Our goal is to position Elders Real Estate as a leading agency in Australia, and to support agents in achieving similar recognition within their local markets
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and communication function within our residential real estate business, and our large network of agents. We need someone who is results-driven, a creative and strategic thinker, with a good eye for detail. This full-time role is perfect for a proactive and organised individual who loves working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver a wide range of marketing and sales enablement materials for a national network of agents, including local campaigns, digital content, brochures, signage, sponsorships, and press activity.
- Lead the execution of integrated national marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and post-campaign delivery.
- Manage and maintain internal communications channels, digital asset portals, and national social media accounts.
- Partner with national and state management teams to understand business needs and develop marketing initiatives that support customer engagement and sales growth.
- Provide guidance to agents on local marketing activations to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, including briefing, reviewing creative, and ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, workflows, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing with 3–4 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, including campaign development and brand consistency.
- Confident communicator with excellent copywriting, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities and experience managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experienced in using AI tools to support content creation, campaign development, and marketing efficiencies.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and workflow management tools such as Monday.com.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys supporting sales teams and creating marketing solutions that drive results.
- We’d love it if you have real estate experience (ideal), but solid experience in enabling sales teams is preferred.
