Recruitment Consultant (Sales)
Due to strong demand, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Sales) based in Perth to grow our employer network and help more businesses access skilled overseas talent.
This is a high-impact, business development-focused recruitment role, ideal for a driven salesperson who can build and grow a client portfolio. You will partner with Australian employers to solve critical labour shortages by connecting them with skilled overseas talent.
Your primary focus will be generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding our recruitment footprint in the overseas hiring market. Supported by our internal recruitment and migration teams, you can focus on what you do best—winning new clients and growing revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Identify and engage Australian businesses experiencing workforce shortages.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients requiring overseas recruitment solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client workforce needs and challenges.
- Present tailored recruitment and migration solutions to decision-makers.
- Convert inbound enquiries into long-term client relationships.
- Drive repeat business and account growth through ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding of new clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
What You’ll Bring

Ideal Experience Includes
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment/labour hire.
- Strong track record of generating new business and growing client accounts.
- Confident in cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and results.
- Highly self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Experience in recruitment, migration, and or labour hire
