Administration Support Officer – Murarrie, QLD

About the role and opportunity on offer –

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administration Support Officer to join our busy logistics operations team in Brisbane. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate processing of operational and financial data, supporting day-to-day administrative activities, and contributing to the smooth running of our transport and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to

  • Accurately process high volumes of operational data and maintain document management systems.

  • Validate, reconcile and resolve discrepancies across documentation and system records.

  • Prepare and upload revenue data to support accurate and timely invoicing.

  • Assist with end-to-end monthly invoicing, including ad hoc billing requirements.

  • Process and track subcontractor documentation, following up on missing paperwork.

  • Provide backup support for accounts payable, including purchase orders and vendor administration.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet processing targets and ensure efficient operations.

About You -

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in administration, finance, or accounts payable.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills.
