What is the role?

Step into the spotlight as our Games 2IC at Kingpin North Strathfield, where you'll be the go-to for hands-on game fixes & updates, and double as a merchandising guru!

In this role, you'll use a mix of technical, management and organisation skills to ensure the Winner's Vault tells remarkable stories, your team works towards set goals, and the games are providing the ultimate (and safest) experience to our guests!

We are looking for a casual manager to take on this role, ideally working 20-30 hours per week, mainly over the weekend plus 1 weekday.

What Makes You a Fit?

• You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
• You have previous supervisory/management experience in fast-paced environments like hospitality, retail, or entertainment
• You’re obsessed with guest experience and know how to build a team that delivers WOW moments!
• You’ve got stock management down to a science and can run a stocktake smoother than a perfect bowling strike
• Your merchandising game is strong – you know how to make things pop, sparkle, and sell!
• You’re a true team player – reliable, supportive, and always ready to jump in
