Summary
We are seeking an Executive to join our Category Development team in Mulgrave.
Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to;
PRODUCT FACILITATION
- .Request quotation from the suppliers and collect necessary product information and certificates from suppliers for new and existing product under Business Engagement Division
- Communicate with suppliers for all queries related to compliance check and brand management
- Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, QA, Legal, Account, Procurements and Logistic Division to prepare necessary documents for new product facilitation
- Work in conjunction with Sales on purchase and trade related activities
- Support regular business review
STOCK REPLENISHMENT FOR FROZEN DIVISION
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Review purchase orders received from customers
- Work in conjunction with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient and continuous stock replenishment
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Communicate with suppliers in relation to new business development and new product development
- Develop and prepare in implementation of briefs for new product launch and trade activations materials, store samplings and events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement sales and trade promotions and activations
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in Asian product and Ethnic market
- Strong communication skill
- Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and programs; Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Can-do attitude and ability to prioritize
- A degree related to procurement will be considered advantage
