In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end coordination of bulk grease operations ensuring every delivery, bin movement, and inventory update runs seamlessly, safely, and efficiently.
From scheduling and dispatch to system accuracy and customer support, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations on track, costs optimized, and service levels high. The role offers strong autonomy and ownership, with the opportunity to shape it and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Dispatch, Scheduling & Transport Coordination
Plan and implement bulk grease delivery schedules
Create and manage bookings, delivery dockets, connotes, and labels
Coordinate collection of empty IBVs and movement of bins nationally
Partner with carriers to ensure smooth delivery execution, resolving any transport or service issues
Grease Bin (IBV) Tracking & Lifecycle Management
Track greasebin movements across customer sites and maintain accurate reporting (movement, history, utilisation)
Optimize bin rotation to reduce cost and service disruption
Manage refurbishment cycles and turnaround times for customer-owned bins
Inventory, Systems & Data Accuracy
Perform pack-to-bulk conversions and maintain stock accuracy
Create and manage and receipt inbound inventory within the JDE ERP system
Manage GRs, SharePoint inventory updates, and Virtual Branch Plant reconciliation
Maintain accurate data across JDE, SharePoint, and tracking systems
Customer & Sales Support
Create customer quotes and update SharePoint records
Provide bin movement reports and operational insights to customers and sales teams
Process and validate delivery documentation (dockets, PODs, labels)
Support onboarding of new customers and changes to delivery requirements
Operations Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Support depot operations, sample testing logistics, and cross-functional requests
Maintain process documentation, reporting, and role handover materials
Identify delivery risks (stockouts, capacity constraints, HSSE) and drive improvements
Champion process enhancements, automation opportunities, and system efficiency
Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, Chain of Responsibility, and company policies

Balancing cost efficiency with customer service and operational constraints
Managing high-volume transactional activity alongside improvement initiatives
Maintaining accuracy across multiple systems (JDE, SharePoint, spreadsheets)
Adapting quickly to shifting demand, supply conditions, and disruptions
What You’ll Bring
Mid-level experience in scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capability
Strong problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods compliance
Confident partner management and clear communication skills
