About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our WA team supporting our Jinbi Solar Farm project - a $200M renewable energy project near Karratha, WA, Jinbi Solar Farm will deliver a 75MW solar facility for Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation, supporting the Rio Tinto network and the region’s clean energy future.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead and manage all procurement activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

This role is on a 2:1 roster FIFO to Karratha.

Key responsibilities include

  • Plan, manage and deliver all procurement activities for the project
  • Lead RFQs, commercial evaluations, purchase orders and contract administration
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
  • Establish and manage the project procurement plan and vendor base
  • Support cost control, cash flow forecasting and reporting requirements

Experience and capabilities

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement role within construction, infrastructure or energy projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
