About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to support a key client account. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional workplace services, with a strong focus on customer service, event coordination, meeting space management and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll be the go-to person for workplace requests, ensuring the office environment operates seamlessly while creating a premium experience for all users. This is a fast-paced, varied role offering exposure to workplace transformation initiatives, including an upcoming head office relocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting rooms, conference spaces, and workplace bookings
- Manage and respond to multiple inboxes and workplace service requests
- Deliver end-to-end event coordination, including catering and room setup
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure workplace presentation and functionality
- Administer locker systems and end-of-trip facilities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and service providers
- Support workplace change initiatives and office transition activities
- Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to monthly performance insights
About You
- Experience in workplace coordination, events, client facing customer care or EA/administration
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, positive, approachable style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience managing multiple inboxes and requests simultaneously
- Confident working in a corporate, client-facing environment
- High energy, proactive, and solution-focused
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
