Native Earth Facilitator

Native Earth

About the role

Native Earth is looking for passionate, reliable and values-driven people to join our team as Native Earth Facilitators.

This is more than a standard support worker role. A Native Earth Facilitator is a mentor, role model, life coach, motivator, adventure enthusiast, business-minded coach, trusted support person, outdoor action adventure tourism guide, and life inspirer who helps people with and without disabilities build confidence, independence, purpose, connection and direction.

Native Earth is working towards becoming an all-inclusive brand that supports people with and without disabilities through mentoring, motivation, support, adventure, personal development, community connection and meaningful life experiences.

We believe one of the biggest challenges facing people today, especially younger generations, is the loss of genuine human connection. So many people are spending more time on phones, screens and social media, while becoming more disconnected from each other, from nature, from community and from what truly matters.

Native Earth is on a mission to help reconnect people to real life. We want to bring people back to genuine human connection, not just connection through a screen. We do this through facilitated, supported and meaningful experiences in safe environments, led by healthy-minded, high-calibre people who genuinely want to improve the lives of others.

Our facilitators help people engage with the outdoors, nature, community, movement, adventure, conversation, personal growth and real-world experiences. The goal is to create spaces where people feel supported, encouraged, included and inspired to live with more confidence, purpose and connection.

At Native Earth, we believe support should feel real, human and empowering. Our facilitators help people participate in everyday life, social activities, outdoor experiences, respite, travel, recreation, mentoring, skill-building, community access, personal development and goal-focused experiences.

This may include supporting someone to attend appointments, go shopping, enjoy the beach, explore nature, join social activities, develop routines, build life skills, attend events, work towards personal goals, explore business-minded ideas, or participate in safe adventure-based experiences across Perth and regional Western Australia.

This role may suit someone who enjoys people, nature, travel, community, mentoring, wellbeing, personal growth, outdoor activities, adventure, motivation and meaningful work. You will be supporting people in a way that respects their choice, culture, goals, independence, dignity and personal journey.

As a Native Earth Facilitator, your work may include:

  • Providing person-centred support, mentoring and motivation
  • Supporting people with and without disabilities
  • Supporting NDIS participants with community access, social connection and everyday life goals
  • Acting as a positive mentor, role model, motivator, life coach and life inspirer
  • Helping people build confidence, independence and everyday living skills
  • Supporting participants during respite, short-term accommodation or community-based experiences
  • Assisting with transport, appointments, shopping, outdoor activities, events and daily routines
  • Encouraging healthy lifestyle choices, personal growth and meaningful participation
  • Supporting safe outdoor, tourism, adventure and nature-based experiences
  • Helping people reconnect with nature, community and genuine real-world human connection
  • Helping people explore goals connected to work, creativity, lifestyle and personal development
  • Bringing a business-minded coaching approach where appropriate, helping people think about direction, planning, responsibility, confidence and future opportunities
  • Building respectful, professional and friendly relationships with participants, clients, families and the wider community
  • Following support plans, risk assessments and Native Earth procedures where required
  • Completing accurate case notes, incident reports and communication updates when required
  • Working with the Native Earth team to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality support

This role is community-based and mobile. Work may take place in homes, community settings, outdoor locations, respite accommodation, tourism destinations, coastal areas, parks, events, workplaces, business settings and regional locations across Western Australia.

We are looking for people who understand that great support is not just about completing tasks. It is about showing up with patience, kindness, energy, respect, leadership and purpose. It is about helping people step away from disconnection and move towards real relationships, nature, confidence, independence and meaningful life experiences.

Benefits

Benefits

At Native Earth, you will have the opportunity to be part of a small, growing and purpose-driven business that intends to reshape the support and care sector while creating a positive impact on individuals, families and communities.

This is more than just a job. This is a lifestyle role for people who want their work to feel meaningful, active, human and connected to the real world.

Native Earth is doing support differently. We believe support work should not feel cold, transactional or purely task-based. We believe great support happens when people are genuinely connected, well-matched, respected and engaged in meaningful experiences together.

We value our staff equally to our clients, participants and members. We want our team to feel supported, respected and aligned with the people they work with. Our goal is to match staff with participants and clients who suit their personality, values, interests, strengths and lifestyle.

We want to turn support work into a lifestyle where you can do the things you love, spend time outdoors, connect with nature, support people you resonate with, and help others build confidence, independence, purpose and real human connection.

Native Earth is also growing into a broader all-inclusive brand. While our work includes disability support and aged care, our long-term vision reaches beyond these sectors. We intend to branch into different services, roles and opportunities across mentoring, life coaching, business-minded coaching, consulting, school holiday programs, outdoor adventure experiences, remote Aboriginal community economic development, community projects, leadership pathways and future Native Earth programs.

This means there will always be something new to try, learn and grow into with Native Earth. As the brand expands, there may be opportunities for team members to move into different roles, take on new responsibilities, develop leadership skills, support new programs, work in new locations, and contribute to projects that create real community impact.

Benefits of joining Native Earth may include:

  • Being part of a small, growing business where your contribution genuinely matters
  • The opportunity to help shape the future direction of Native Earth as we expand
  • Purpose-driven work that positively impacts individuals, families and communities
  • A lifestyle-based role that can include the outdoors, nature, adventure, recreation and community connection
  • The chance to work with people who align with your strengths, values, personality and interests
  • A support model that values staff wellbeing as much as client and participant outcomes
  • A workplace that respects both the people receiving support and the people providing it
  • The opportunity to do support work differently, with more meaning, connection and purpose
  • A role that focuses on real human connection, not just task-based support
  • The chance to work with people with and without disabilities in a respectful, inclusive environment
  • A diverse role involving mentoring, support, life coaching, motivation, outdoor activities, recreation and community access
  • Opportunities to support nature-based, adventure-based, tourism-style and respite experiences
  • Flexible and community-based work across Perth and regional Western Australia
  • The opportunity to work outdoors, in the community and in real-life environments rather than being limited to an office
  • Future pathways across disability support, aged care, mentoring, life coaching, school holiday programs, business-minded coaching, consulting, adventure-based programs and community development
  • The potential to be involved in remote Aboriginal community economic development and community-led projects as Native Earth grows
  • A supportive team culture built around values, dignity, responsibility, compassion and personal growth
  • The chance to be part of a brand that values nature, connection, independence and wellbeing
  • Opportunities to develop skills in support work, mentoring, leadership, communication, facilitation, coaching and community engagement
  • Meaningful relationships with participants, clients, families and team members
  • A role that encourages personal responsibility, emotional maturity and professional growth
  • The opportunity to help people build confidence, independence, purpose and social connection
  • A workplace that values initiative, reliability, creativity and lived experience
  • Future growth opportunities as Native Earth expands its services, programs, retreats, tourism experiences and community-based supports
  • The chance to be part of something different, human-centred and community-focused

Native Earth is looking for people who want their work to mean something. We want team members who are motivated by purpose, connection, growth, nature, community and the opportunity to help people live fuller, healthier and more meaningful lives.

As Native Earth grows, we want our people to grow with us.
