About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store person to join our team at out Thomastown depot, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.

Based in a fast-paced depot environment, you’ll manage materials, inventory and supplier coordination to ensure field teams and projects are fully supported. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations, including receipting, picking, dispatch and stock control (using SAP)
• Coordinate material supply and maintain accurate material tracking to support inventory control and job costing
• Build strong working relationships with field crews, clients and contractors to promote and provide quality customer service
• Operate plant and equipment safely while maintaining high safety, compliance and housekeeping standards

About You

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, supported by strong systems skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working collaboratively with teams across the organisation.

• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, stocktakes and data accuracy
• Strong computer skills, including SAP or similar systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly adaptable team player with a strong commitment to safety
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence, HR Licence (desirable)
• High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
