About The Role

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist / Accounts Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while also providing valuable support to our accounts and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Banking, receipting, and data entry
• Assisting with daily administrative and office duties
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting various departments as required

About You

• Previous reception, administration, or accounts experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
