Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr Test Analyst to contribute to testing across a large multi-stream Shopify program. The role requires a strong test planning capability, hands-on leadership across multiple workstreams, and a deep understanding of retail/eCommerce platforms, particularly in customer and digital commerce domains. The candidate will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders and reporting.

Experience/Skills required

Proven experience as Sr Test Analyst on large transformation programs

E-commerce front-end

Customer data & customer journeys

Customer commerce & checkout flows

Marketing integrations (campaigns, promotions, personalisation)

Experience contributing to testing across multiple parallel streams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms

Test automation using Playwright or similar tools

ISTQB or relevant testing certification

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test planning and delivery for a large, multi-stream Shopify program, including timelines and dependencies across streams

Coordinate testing across ecommerce frontend, integrations, and backend retail systems

Manage SIT, regression, and end-to-end testing cycles

Drive test data strategy, environment coordination, and release readiness activities

Establish defect management, reporting cadence, and quality metrics

Provide leadership to test analysts across multiple workstreams

Collaborate with Product, Business, Development, and Vendor teams

Facilitate UAT with business stakeholders and ensure sign-off readiness
