About The Role
This 12- month contract Reward Manager role leads core workforce reward delivery across a large, regulated organisation. You will manage annual remuneration review activity, operate share plans, manage the reward budgets, and provide trusted advice on complex reward matters. Working closely with senior leaders, Finance and People teams, the role influences outcomes that support fairness, compliance, and drive a high performance culture across the workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end to end annual remuneration review for the workforce (below executive level), ensuring policy alignment, quality outcomes and on time delivery
- Manage the operation of employee share plans, working with vendors and internal partners to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and contribute to board and committee papers, providing clear insights and recommendations on reward outcomes
- Provide specialist reward advice on job evaluation, benchmarking and incentives
- Partner with Finance to manage reward budgeting, accruals and expenditure with strong governance controls
- Support and guide team members through informal leadership, coaching and knowledge sharing
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience across workforce reward in a large or complex organisation
- Strong capability leading annual remuneration review cycles
- Demonstrated experience preparing board or committee level papers and advising senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of reward governance, legislation and regulatory expectations
- Confidence working independently while influencing outcomes through collaboration and judgement
