As a Social Worker Level 3, you will provide expert psychosocial assessment, intervention and support to patients and families experiencing complex health challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to high-quality patient care while supporting service development, quality improvement and the growth of the Social Work profession through leadership and supervision.

About You

You are an experienced Social Worker with eligibility for AASW membership and a strong background in health social work. You bring excellent assessment, communication and teamwork skills, thrive in complex clinical environments, and are passionate about delivering person-centred care while contributing to professional excellence and continuous improvement.
