With more than two decades of success, a strong reputation for quality delivery and a growing national footprint, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with existing and future partners.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic growth role focused on identifying, developing and securing opportunities across our key business units including:
- Engineering and design services
- Switchboard and switchroom manufacturing
- Site electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction projects
You will engage with asset owners, EPCs, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to position CE Group as the partner of choice for complex electrical and engineering solutions across mining, energy, renewables, water and industrial sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute business development strategies across target industries and regions
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new project opportunities
- Work closely with estimating, engineering, manufacturing and operations teams to convert opportunities into awarded work

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management or technical sales within engineering, electrical, construction or industrial services
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, pursue and secure project opportunities
- Established industry networks across mining, energy, renewables, utilities, infrastructure or industrial sectors
Highly Regarded
- Experience selling electrical, E&I, switchboard, engineering or project-based services
- Understanding of major project delivery models including EPC, EPCM and Design & Construct
- Existing relationships with asset owners, tier one contractors, consultants or project delivery partners
