Based at our Melbourne CBD location, we are currently seeking a 12 month Full-time Supply Chain Administrator. You will support the Supply Chain team in the day to day organising of customer deliveries. The Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support across warehousing, transport, and distribution activities.
The role ensures accurate transactions, documentation, and reporting within AX, supports effective load planning and warehouse operations, and assists the Supply Chain team by maintaining continuity of service during periods of leave, travel, or peak demand. Reporting to the Customer Supply Manager your duties will include:
- Create and Manage transport manifests and delivery paperwork ex 3PL or site
- Transact inbound and Outbound Stock movements.
- Assist with stock take and cycle counts ex 3PL.
- Create and process Purchase Orders
- Assist with general transport inquires including ETA's and PODs
- Monthly reporting on contractor performance
About You
The successful candidate will be strong in written and oral communication skills, results driven and possess the ability to communicate with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work independently, high attention to detail and meet tight deadlines, strong PC based computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, Dynamics AX is preferable) as well as being numerically competent will be highly regarded. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting the flexibility of a hybrid role working in an exciting industry.
- Previous experience in a supply chain, transport, warehousing, or logistics administration role
- Exposure to ERP systems and transactional processing
- Experience working with 3PLs or transport providers (desirable)
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or business administration (desirable)
