Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator (FIFO)

We are seeking an experienced
Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator to join a growing project team delivering utilities and civil infrastructure works across remote locations in the Northern Territory.
Working on a FIFO roster (typically
2:1 or 2:2, depending on project requirements), you will play a critical role in supporting a workforce of approximately 45 personnel operating across a 600km project corridor.
The Role
This is a hands-on position that combines traditional site administration responsibilities with workforce mobilisation and project support duties. You will be the key point of contact for crew logistics and site administration while providing broader support to the project team as required.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating workforce mobilisation and demobilisation
- Booking flights, accommodation and travel logistics
- Managing crew rosters and personnel movements
- Maintaining site records, registers and documentation
- Assisting with timesheet administration and payroll support
- Supporting project reporting and data entry requirements
- Coordinating onboarding and site inductions
- Liaising with project management, supervisors and workforce personnel
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth project operations
- Assisting with additional site-based duties as required
About You
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Mobilisation Coordinator or similar FIFO support role
- Experience working within mining, civil construction, infrastructure or remote project environments
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience managing workforce logistics and mobilisation activities
- High attention to detail and strong administration capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote site environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting project teams

- Guide salary range of $125,000 - $160,000 (including site uplift and penalties) + Super, dependent on experience and roster requirements
