About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support and Security Analyst to join our Melbourne team.
In this role, you’ll provide Level 2 support across end-user technology, cloud platforms, and modern Microsoft environments, while also supporting cyber security initiatives including alert monitoring, phishing simulations, incident response, and awareness programs.
What makes you ‘just right’
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Level 2 IT support, desktop support, or similar infrastructure role
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Exposure to cyber security operations (alert triage, incident response, SIEM/MDR environments)
- Experience with scripting and automation (ideally PowerShell)
- Solid understanding of desktops, operating systems, networking, and end-user environments
- Strong troubleshooting ability and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
What your day might look like
- Providing Level 2 support across desktop, software, hardware, and end-user issues
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Assisting with device provisioning, application deployment, and user administration
- Monitoring and responding to cyber security alerts, incidents, and remediation activities
- Supporting phishing campaigns and cyber security awareness initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and improve services
- Maintaining documentation, asset registers, and support procedures
- Supporting meeting room technology and audio-visual systems
- Contributing to continuous improvements across IT support, cloud, and security operations
