About The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated
ICT Administrator to join our IT Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team within a large, well-established business.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of ICT/Hardware requests within the business. Key duties include providing first-level support and hardware distribution.
You will work closely with your team and internal stakeholders across the business. Providing a seamless, professional support experience is critical, and a strong focus on customer service is essential for the position.

IT Procurement and Admin Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Process and review capital requests for hardware
- Request and compare quotes for computer, mobile hardware and software
- Use appropriate tools to record purchase orders, approvals and workflows
- Ensure approvals for purchases and cost recovery is matched back to usage and are audit-traceable.
- Tracks and records assets, including location and ownership.
- Maintain a register of hardware and software.
- Manage and process incoming requests and queries via Service Now
About You
To excel in this position, you will have a strong admin background with previous experience in raising purchase orders and processing invoices with excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering first-class customer service. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Previous experience within procurement and payment is desirable
- Experience in an IT environment is highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative relationship builder
- Proven track record of ability to interact with key stakeholders in a highly effective manner
- Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
