Our client is embarking on a significant business-wide transformation program that will reshape ways of working, leadership behaviours, organisational capability and the future direction of the business. They are looking for an experienced Transformation Change Manager to sit at the heart of that journey and lead the people side of change across a complex, multi-stream transformation.

This is an opportunity to influence at the highest levels of the organisation, partnering closely with executives, senior leaders and program sponsors to ensure change is not only delivered, but genuinely adopted, embedded and sustained.

You'll be responsible for developing the overarching change strategy that connects multiple workstreams into one cohesive transformation story. You'll help leaders become visible change champions, establish organisation-wide engagement programs, create meaningful communications and ensure the business remains ready, capable and motivated throughout the transformation journey.

For someone who enjoys operating strategically while still remaining close enough to execution to make a tangible impact, this role offers the best of both worlds.

What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of the enterprise change strategy and roadmap, ensuring change activities are coordinated, sequenced and delivered in a way that maximises adoption while minimising change fatigue.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you'll coach leaders on their role in driving successful transformation, helping them communicate effectively, manage resistance and model the behaviours required for long-term success.

You will lead organisation-wide impact assessments to understand how the transformation affects teams, roles, capabilities, processes and culture, using those insights to shape engagement and readiness strategies.

A significant part of the role will involve designing and delivering integrated communication and engagement programs. From executive messaging and leadership forums through to roadshows, town halls, change campaigns and employee engagement initiatives, you'll create compelling narratives that help people understand not only what is changing, but why it matters.

You'll also establish and lead a network of Change Champions across the organisation, creating a strong feedback loop between the program and frontline teams while ensuring key messages are reinforced throughout the business.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced Change Managers who have successfully led large-scale transformation programs within complex organisations.

You'll bring

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide or program-level transformation initiatives
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and leadership coaching capability
  • Proven experience developing enterprise change strategies and adoption roadmaps
  • Expertise conducting organisational impact assessments and readiness activities
  • Exceptional communication, engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience building and leading change champion networks
  • Formal Change Management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or CCMP
  • The ability to translate complex transformation programs into meaningful and engaging employee experiences

Most importantly, you'll be someone who understands that successful transformation is ultimately about people. You'll know how to build trust, create alignment, generate momentum and help leaders bring others on the journey.
