Gateway Engineer
Orro Group
Adelaide Onsite | PV Clearance Required | AU Citizenship | 12m + 12m + 12m Contract | $145 to $160 p/h | Closing: 23 June 2026
Not all gateway engineering roles are created equal. This one places you inside one of Australia's most sensitive national security environments, supporting the gateway and network components that protect highly classified systems. Working with the Australian Signals Directorate, you will translate logical designs into resilient physical builds, contribute to incident response and recovery, and apply layered security controls across complex infrastructure.
If you bring sharp design instincts, deep network engineering experience and thrive in mission critical environments, this role is built for you.

Security Operations and Incident Response
- Investigate suspected attacks and support security incident management activities
- Apply and provide guidance on physical, procedural and technical security controls
- Use infrastructure management tools to monitor load, performance and operational health
