This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. The Maintenance Supervisor – Eastern Harbour is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of minor projects, routine maintenance, and general maintenance works across Pilbara Ports infrastructure. The role oversees maintenance activities and supervises employees and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with legislative and organisational requirements.

Reporting to the Maintenance Principal East the role also involves troubleshooting asset issues, supporting reliability improvements, ensuring accurate maintenance records, and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations.

About You

You are an experienced maintenance professional with demonstrated capability supervising maintenance works within a port, marine or heavy industrial environment. You bring strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, contractor management and asset reliability, with the ability to coordinate work programs including budgets, resources, equipment and schedules.

You are a collaborative, safety-focused leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You build effective relationships with teams, contractors, and stakeholders, while successfully managing competing priorities and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
