Could you be our next Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)?
We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and help drive financial performance across the business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering insights that shape decisions, support strategy, and improve outcomes across multiple functions. This role partners closely with functional and market leaders, providing financial insights, driving accountability, and supporting strategic decision-making. You’ll also lead a small team and contribute to building capability across financial planning and analysis.
What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:
- Providing clear financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Leading planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the market
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology and People
- Supporting strategic initiatives and build robust business cases
- Preparing for and contributing to leadership and stakeholder forums
- Monitoring G&A spend, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Leading and developing a team, building strong financial capability
- Driving continuous improvement across financial systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with SOX and internal control requirements
Your keys to success
- CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A experience
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into insights
- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment
