The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced

Client Service Advisor with strong employer servicing, key account management, and superannuation experience to manage a portfolio of high‑value employers and deliver exceptional end‑to‑end service.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support employer onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing relationship management—ensuring a seamless experience while driving retention and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Platinum, Executive, and strategic employer accounts, ensuring high service standards and strong engagement
  • Act as a key relationship contact, building trusted partnerships with employers, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support employer onboarding and adoption of preferred products, including clearing house and self-service solutions
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and issue resolution, proactively identifying and resolving employer needs
  • Coordinate and support presentations, site visits, and employer education initiatives
  • Work closely with administration teams to manage workflows, process requests, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor account activity, maintain accurate data, and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced customer experience

About you

  • Proven experience in superannuation, with a strong understanding of employer servicing frameworks and comprehensive knowledge of current superannuation legislation.
  • Demonstrated success in key account management and relationship building
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes in a high-performance environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with employers and payroll providers
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet KPIs and service standards
  • RG146 (or equivalent) highly regarded
